Research Description: |
Our lab studies regulatory DNAs, which are responsible for inducing gene expression. We are characterizing their structure, function, and evolution within developmental, phylogenetic, and ecological contexts. We are also using regulatory genomics to address questions in paleobiology, the biology of ancient organisms. |
