Research Description: |
I am interested in ecological genomics as a tool to understand the sticky edges at the boundaries of evolution and ecology. I am interested in applying tools of comparative phylogeography to reveal patterns of ecosystem/community composition over time and space, and the evolution of the genomic responses by organisms that direct their ecological amplitude as it relates to spatial distribution and contributions to ecosystem functioning. |
