Research Description: |
My research group is interested in the effects of genotype and environment on the flowering time and morphology of Chamaecrista fasciculata (partridge pea, a legume). We are leveraging whole transcriptome data to investigate flowering gene expression profiles in natural occurring populations and different ecotypes grown in growth chambers under different conditions. |
