Research Description: I have started my research about fin-to-limb evolution since 2006, when I was an undergraduate student. Recently I have published my articles in Development (http://dev.biologists.org/content/139/16/2916) and J. Anat. (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1469-7580.2012.01491.x/abstract). My current topics include fin development, regeneration, and vertebrate appendage evolution. From Aug. 2013, I am working in The Jikei University School of Medicine.
