| Research Description: |
I am investigation cranial and limb muscle development and evolution in a wide range of vertebrates. For this I use several histological methods and dissections. Furthermore, I am interested in the mechanism leading to shifts in developmental timing (heterochrony) and to the evolution of new characters in species. |
